"Wonderful"
Great location at the top of town. We were able to drive and park but also walk into town. We actually did not use our car the entire time as we were able to get around by foot. The apartment was fine for our needs. We were able to cook at "home" and the kids loved the shower! Due to Covid we could not run the Air Conditioning, however there was a wonderful ocean breeze so we were fine.

It was clean, comfortable enough (if a little basic) and the hosts were very accommodating in terms of checking in and out.

"Wonderful"
The location in Monterigione, away from the crowds was perfect, and the terrace view from the top of the town was breath-taking! We found the place clean and with all the modern comforts. The bedroom is on the second floor with a private en-suite. The only discomfort we having to go downstairs for the shower. However the bathrooms are updated and very clean. We would have no issue recommending this place to anyone; worth the extra expense.

It was very convenient that we had our own garage right in the house (for additional fee). Also, the location is not too far away from the city center, but is very quiet all day and night long. The ability to wash our clothes was definitely a big plus, too.

"Exceptional"
The whole apartment was very clean. The landlady was very helpful, she met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment itself is located a bit up in the hill which is about 10 minutes walk from the sea and the restaurants. Each apartment has its own little terrace. We were traveling with a dog and he was welcome in the apartment and there was also a small dog bed.

Close to center of town, walkable distance to train station and ferry. Very clean and updated apartment. Good parking option in garage underneath the apartments. Washer was available as well for use.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment in a nice quiet part of this beautiful village. Service from Elena was perfect. Highly recommendable

"Wonderful"
We loved the view from the top of the village. The terrace at the top apartment was very nice with a table and couch and chairs to sit and relax or eat a breakfast or dinner. The showers were nice too. The town of Rio Maggiore was very nice with stores and restaurants close by. The apartments were very clean and modern. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine for our friend's daughter who turned 18 the day we arrived.
